When making a purchase at Eshophealthy, within 24 hours from receipt of the item, you are accepted to exchange or exchange for a product with a higher value (pay the difference). However, before you proceed with the change, you should note the following specific requirements:

  • Barter conditions.
  • How to exchange goods.
  • Costs related to barter.
  • Package and send products to Eshophealthy.
  • Time to change goods.

Step 1: Check the exchange condition

A product eligible for return is one that meets the following conditions and is not on the list of non-returnable products

Condition:

  • Products returned within 24 hours (postmark or carrier confirmation) from the date of receipt.
  • Products are still in the original condition upon receipt of goods, with intact stamps and accessories (boxes, extra bags ...).
  • Valid promotional gifts (if any) ..
  • Unused product, fully intact accessories.
  • Products purchased for exchange must have their price stamp intact, not be stained, defective or damaged in function of use
  • Products are wrongly delivered, lack of accessories, lack of goods.
  • The product is damaged during shipping to the customer.
  • Product technical error by the manufacturer.
  • The product has wrong size or color that the customer ordered.
  • Returned goods must have a value greater than or equal to the item to be exchanged. In case of wrong product delivery, Eshophealthy will return the product free of charge.
  • Each product can only be exchanged for 1 time.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Products in discounts and promotions that do not apply return policy.
  • Consumers use the product for wrong purposes and functions.
  • Carelessness such as the product on fire due to fire or accident with explosion, car accident ...
  • Impact of chemicals
  • Intentionally impacting the product with a sharp object (knife, scissors) or intentionally damaging the product in any form by human

Step 2: Change of goods

To change the product, please perform the following 2 simple steps:

1. Contact Eshophealthy via Email [email protected] to check product conditions and redemption conditions to make sure the product meets these conditions.

2. Choose the form of exchange: Bring in person or by mail

  • If you bring it in person, you only need to bring the product and the receipt of the goods (red invoice (VAT)) to the Eshophealthy office.
  • If sent by mail, you should note to the courier the status of the goods: the seal is intact, the box is intact, the product is intact, not broken or damaged, the product has enough extra to sue.

3. If the exchanged product meets the conditions of exchange,  within 24 hours , we will send you via email or SMS with an E-Voucher number equal to the payment value of the exchanged product. Only applicable E-Voucher form when exchanging goods . You can only use the E-Voucher to purchase online at the Eshophealthy website.

4. The expiry date of E-Voucher is 90 days from the date you receive email with our E-Voucher code.

Step 3: Costs related to the exchange

Some of the fees you need to bear when exchanging goods are as follows:

  • Shipping costs by mail: If you do not bring the product in person at the Eshophealthy office, you will incur the full cost of delivering the product to Eshophealthy.
  • In case you send a product that is not eligible for return, you will be charged the cost of sending the product back.

Step 4: Pack and send products to Eshophealthy

  • The time of receipt of the goods by Eshophealthy is not more than 30 days from the date of successful delivery. If you ship the item after 30 days of receipt, we will not process it.

  • สินค้าที่ส่งคืนต้องมีมูลค่ามากกว่าหรือเท่ากับสินค้าที่จะเปลี่ยน ในกรณีส่งสินค้าผิด Eshophealthy จะคืนสินค้าให้โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย
  • สินค้าแต่ละชิ้นสามารถเปลี่ยนได้ 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น

สินค้าไม่รับคืน ได้แก่

  • สินค้าลดราคาและโปรโมชั่นที่ไม่มีนโยบายการคืนสินค้า
